For those of you reading, there’s more coming for Buster Heywood, I promise! I decided that before I forged forward with that, I should put up some more comprehensive notes on Aviario itself. They’re being drafted, and hopefully within a week or so, I will have a nice, meaty guide up, with all kinds of history and details!

I encourage you all to leave me questions at my brand new Formspring account!

There should also be a new batch of artwork up, shortly – I’m about to take a break from working on histories and timelines to do some coloring. Stick around!

There have been a few minor updates to PI, but the biggest piece of news is that the first part of my serial novel, From The Desk of Buster Heywood, is finally up!

Check it out over here, in the Writing section, and stay tuned to this blog and my Twitter account for updates!   If you feel generous enough to link to it in your own blog or website, feel free to use any of these graphic banners:

And of course, PLEASE let me know what you think! The engine of Perpetual Imagination runs on the feedback of my readers!

I’m steadily chipping away at the content of the site – all I need now is a proper splash page, so that poor Buster can finally put down those boxes he’s been carrying for months, now.   I’ve got a few more portraits colored, and you can see them either on the slideshow above, or in my Flickr.    Next up on my list is to do a proper photoshoot of all the jewelry I have for sale, so that I can start learning to brave the wilds of Etsy!

Please, feel free to leave me feedback and comments here, so I can gauge how things are coming along!    There should be more to see here than just art, soon enough … I’ve got a surprise in the works!

Well, it turns out that my first choice of WordPress themes was glitchy in the part I liked the most: the slideshow gallery in the header.   So, I’m working at finding a way around that.  Eventually, there’ll be a sticky post here with a slideshow of featured art and projects … until then, feel free to click on the Flickr button at the top-right of the page, and view my gallery directly from there!

Also, a big shout-out to my first prop commissioner, David!  He was kind enough to order a custom-made replica of the Hitchhiker’s Guide To The Galaxy, and hopefully he’s very pleased with it!  Here are some photos of the finished product….

Hello, everyone, and welcome to Perpetual Imagination (formerly Linearum Arcana).  I figured that something in English would be a little easier to remember … not only that, but I’m in the process of retooling the website to feature more than just my work in the town of Aviario.

This blog is meant to be a hub that people can use to connect to my Etsy and Lulu accounts, with galleries to view my work.  What do I do, you ask?  Just about everything!  Currently, I take commissions for artwork, short writing pieces, beaded jewelry and other embellishments, and handmade journals.  I even consider props for cosplay, LARP, or “just for fun” on a case-by-case basis.  For a little more info, click on that About tab up near June’s head.

So, bear with me for now, as Wordpress and I get acquainted with one another, and I promise that there will be plenty to look at soon!

P.S:   If you came here from a link on one of my business cards, and are looking for another fun place to peruse, I highly recommend the works of Chandra Free and Jess Hartley!  I’ll give them due accolade in a future post, but for now, please, go give them a look, and tell them I sent you!
